Synopsis

"The story takes place in a mythological forest, where Binhi, a spirit born from the last remaining balete tree, journeys to restore lost Filipino values. He must pass 3 trials (representing pagrespeto, pakikipagkapwa, and pagpapakumbaba) and fight Salot—the spirit of colonial greed and modern indifference. Narrated like a bedtime story from a grandparent, using AI-synthesized visuals that evolve like a painting. Setting & Mood: The story is set in a lush, enchanted forest deeply rooted in Filipino mythology—Gubat ng Alaala—a symbolic place where forgotten values dwell. The mood is mystical yet emotionally resonant, combining the innocence of folklore with the seriousness of a moral fable. The environment should evoke the natural textures of Philippine landscapes: balete roots, rice paddies, mountain fog, and rivers—each holding metaphorical weight."
