What is AI Technical Conference?
The AI Technical Conference serves as a collaborative platform for researchers, academic institutions, government, and industry professionals to converge and discuss the practical and ethical applications for Artificial Intelligence.
Who can join the conference?
The conference is open to the following participants :
Faculty members and researchers from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and State Universities and Colleges (SUCs)
Faculty members and researchers from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and State Universities and Colleges (SUCs)
Startups developing or offering AI-based products and services
Private companies exploring or investing in AI
Local government units (LGUs) interested in AI technologies and applications
When and where will the conference take place?
The conference will be held from August 3–5, 2026, (Event Location will be announce soon.)
Is there a registration fee, and what inclusions or benefits does it cover?
Yes. The Registration fee is ₱6,000.00 per participant, which covers the following inclusions:
Conference meals
Conference kit containing a copy of the souvenir program
Official ID lanyard with holder
For Accepted presenters with officially approved research abstracts or full papers, a discounted Presenter’s Registration Fee of ₱3,000.00 shall apply, representing a 50% reduction from the regular rate. The inclusions remain the same as the standard registration, as follows:

When is the deadline for submission of the required papers?
The deadline for full paper submission is on May 27, 2026.
How do I submit my paper?
Submissions must be sent via email to conference@aifest.ph. You must use a specific subject line format:
REGULAR PAPER
The subject line of the submission must follow the format “REGULAR PAPER – Family Name”, with an example such as “REGULAR PAPER – Dela Cruz.” The body of the submission should include the author names and their corresponding affiliations, for instance: Dela Cruz, Juan – Iloilo Science and Technology University and Santos, Jane – University of Antique. In terms of length and formatting, the regular paper must be between 8 to 10 pages, inclusive of figures and tables, and should strictly follow the IEEE two-column conference format using A4 paper size.
SHORT PAPER (POSTER)
The subject line of the submission must follow the format “SHORT PAPER – Family Name”, with an example such as “SHORT PAPER – Dela Cruz.” The body of the submission should include the author names and their corresponding affiliations, for instance: Dela Cruz, Juan – Iloilo Science and Technology University and Santos, Jane – University of Antique. In terms of length and formatting, the short paper must be 4 to 5 pages in length, inclusive of figures and tables, and should strictly adhere to the IEEE two-column conference format using A4 paper size.
Can I submit a paper that has been published elsewhere?
No. Submissions must be original and cannot be under consideration by other conferences or journals.
Are there any other guidelines to follow?
All submissions to the conference must comply with the following guidelines to ensure quality, consistency, and academic integrity in the review and publication process:
Submissions must be original and not under Consideration in other conferences or journals.
Manuscripts must be submitted as a PDF attachment to the email. Each submission will undergo a double-blind review by experts based on originality technical clarity, relevance, and scholarly contributions.
Accepted authors must submit a revised (camera-ready) version incorporating reviewer comments before final inclusion in the proceedings.
The page limit does not include the references. Submissions not adhering to the specified format and page limitations will be desk rejected.
Accepted short papers will be given separate guidlines on how to create their posters, to be submitted alongside the camera-ready version.
What happens if my paper is accepted?
If your paper is accepted for the AI Fest 2026 Technical Conference, the requirements differ depending on the type of paper submitted.
For Regular Papers :
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference.
Authors must deliver a maximum 7-minute oral presentation.
The presentation is followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
For Short Papers :
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference.
Accepted presenters are entitled to a 50% discounted fee (₱3,000)
Presenters must remain at their assigned poster during the scheduled session to engage with attendees.
Presenters must be available to answer questions from other participants and the evaluation committee.
