What is the PGDX Iloilo – AI Expo?
The AI Technical Conference is a 3-day national conference happening on August 11–13, 2025 in Iloilo City, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. It will feature plenary talks, research presentations, and industry updates from AI experts, focusing on the latest trends, applications, and issues surrounding artificial intelligence.
Who can join the conference?
The conference is open to the following participants:
Faculty members and researchers from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and State Universities and Colleges (SUCs)
Startups developing or offering AI-based products and services
Private companies exploring or investing in AI
Local government units (LGUs) interested in AI technologies and applications
Is there a registration fee?
Yes. The registration fee is PhP 5,000.00 per person, which includes meals, conference materials, and a participation certificate.

Yes! The conference is accepting research presentations. Interested individuals may submit an abstract or full paper of their AI-related research via the registration link. Authors of accepted papers will receive a full waiver (100% discount) of the registration fee.
What is the deadline for submitting abstracts?
The deadline for abstract and full paper submission is on July 25, 2025.
